SD: Lee Slabber convinced me to give it a go.
CFFB: What is your biggest accomplishment at the Box to date?
SD: Lowering my cholesterol from 12,5 to 5,8.

SD: The members and coaches that make up our awesome community.
CFFB: If you could design the perfect workout for yourself that would it be?
SD: 21, 15, 9 – Ring muscle ups and thrusters (95lbs).

SD: Anything by One Direction 🙂
