Our Crossfit kids program is designed to teach your child the fundamentals of exercise and to get them physically active. With todays society being so technologically orientated it is important that our kids get moving to stay healthy. Our program focusses on developing strength and skills such as co-ordination, balance, agility, spatial awareness, flexibility which will improve your childs physical competence. They will run, jump, crawl, pull and push. They will also play games and learn to work as a team. Crossfit kids is the whole package.
