We are now offering an exciting new class to our schedule. Pure fit will be the best combination of sweat, fun and fitness for you if you want to get the best out of your hourly exercise regime. Think body weight, cardio, high repetitions, low weights, doable movements for every one to get you toned, strong and fit for summer.
This class is aimed at both beginner and more advanced individuals. Qualified coaches will take you through a good warm up and teach you how to move safely and well. You will be surrounded by guys and girls who love a good workout as well as a good time!
